Madonna Video
Madonna, quickly creeping up on the big 50 has been working her body into a lean mean machine. Her latest album, Hard Candy features such songs as Candy Store. Another song, Four Minutes has a sci-fi inspired video in which Madonna strips down to a skimpy corset in front of Justin Timberlake, who is almost half her age at 26.
We’ve got photos of Madge doing her stripper routine. All those hours in the gym have paid off for the Hall of Fame musician. The photos are done in a soft light, giving the aging pop star a more youthful appearance. We’ve seen the buff photos of the singer as she leaves her daily workout sessions. Very little airbrushing would be needed on the bod of this mega star – which speaks to her commitment and ambition. She’s not willing to walk away from the limelight any time soon.
Madonna will release a new single later this month - and The Quietus can offer you a sneak peak at the video.
Madge is releasing 'Celebration' on September 14, with her new greatest hits collection of the same name to be released on September 28.

Gisele Bundchen
Family and early life
Bündchen was born in the Brazilian town of Três de Maio and grew up in Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul. She is of German heritage from both her parents, Vânia Nonnenmacher, a bank clerk pensioner, and Valdir Bündchen, a university teacher and writer. She has five sisters – Raquel, Graziela, Gabriela, Rafaela and her fraternal twin Patrícia, Bündchen's junior by five minutes.Bündchen speaks Portuguese as her native language. She also speaks Spanish and English. She commented "I was born in Horizontina, a town in the back-country of (Brazilian) state Rio Grande do Sul. The town was once mainly colonized by Germans. In the school which I attended, learning German was actually obligatory from third grade on. But being out of touch with the language for such a long time, I unfortunately forgot it...] I belong to the sixth generation of my family in Brazil.
Originally, Bündchen wanted to be a professional volleyball player and considered playing for the Brazilian team, Sogipa.[citation needed] While in school, Bündchen was so thin that her friends used to call her "Olívia Palito" (Portuguese for Olive Oyl, Popeye's skinny girlfriend) and "Saracura" (a type of Brazilian shorebird).[citation needed]
In 1993, a then-13-year-old Bündchen joined a modeling course with her sisters Patrícia and Gabriela at her mother's insistence. The following year, Bündchen went to São Paulo on a school excursion to give them an opportunity to walk in a big city. In a shopping mall, with her friends, Bündchen was discovered by a modeling agency.[citation needed] She was subsequently selected for a national contest, Elite Look of the Year, in which she placed second – Claudia Menezes, from Bahia, took first place. MAdonna Celebration
Madonna’s recent release of “Celebration,” the Queen of Pop’s compilation of her greatest hits, may have its cons but overall is worthy of purchase by any mild to semi-spicy Madonna fan. The 36 tracks that made the cut for the 2 disc album were chosen by both the legendary singer and her fans, which in itself makes “Celebration” all the more likeable. My first reaction with “Celebration” was a yay! for the choice of both her opening and ending tracks. The first disc begins with a bang with “Hung Up,” a personal favorite of Madonna’s in her recent years which succeeds as an excellent party dance track. I also love her choice of her recent single “Celebration” to close the album, which compliments “Hung Up” and helps shape the album’s journey in a lovely arc. Although the song is simple and repetitive, “Celebration” is a showcase of Madonna’s talent and understanding for the dance genre.
For the mild to medium Madonna fan, this album will be a perfect fit, as it includes her most played hits, like “Material Girl,” “Like a Virgin,” “Holiday,” and “Ray of Light.” All songs on the 2 discs have been remastered and edited, perhaps not to everyone’s liking. “4 Minutes” has been edited down to just over 3 minutes, with the dramatic opening cut completely. However, the songs do sound of prime quality and will please the casual Madonna listener’s ears.
Although I see one of the strongest features of “Celebration” to be the order of the selected songs, as they really give a story to the journey of Madonna’s career and changing sound, I realize that the album has a few downsides for the spiciest of Madonna’s fans. For those who have followed her music with a passionate devotion, there is sure to be disappointment at the absence of some of her more obscure yet beloved songs, such as “True Blue” and “Human Nature.” Also, as all tracks have been remastered and edited, some of the classic tunes may have lost a quality that the originals held.
While “Celebration” may be more of an unenthusiastic woohoo for the spicy Madonna fan, I feel it’s a great choice for your car ride or a night with friends, and is most definitely a great selection for those casual fans or those who’ve been harboring a longtime secret love for the Queen of Pop.
Flavor of fans to buy: Mild to moderately spicy
